1. Use of this site

You may use this site to learn about our capabilities, request pricing, apply to the specialist bench, and contact us. You may not attempt to breach access controls, scrape submitted records, submit deliberately false information, or use automated tools to flood our forms.

2. Bid requests are not contracts

Submitting a bid request starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, a binding offer, a price commitment, or an obligation for either party. Any pricing we return is an estimate subject to a signed agreement, verified site conditions, and confirmed scope.

Our commitment is a go, no-go, or clarifying response within twenty-four business hours of submission — not a guaranteed proposal.

3. Bench applications are not offers of employment

Prequalification places you on a roster of specialists. It is not an offer of employment, an independent contractor agreement, or a guarantee of work. Tier scoring is an internal prioritization tool and carries no contractual weight. Any engagement requires a separately executed agreement.

4. Accuracy of information you provide

You represent that credentials, licenses, clearances, veteran status, registrations, and past performance you submit are accurate. We verify credentials before engagement, and material misrepresentation ends consideration.

5. Content on this site

Descriptions of capabilities, equipment, processes, and timelines are provided for general information and reflect our intent at the time of publication. Specifics such as mobilization windows, equipment availability, and NAICS coverage are confirmed per project, not by this website.

Registration data shown as pending is exactly that. Do not rely on placeholder identifiers for a procurement decision; request current documentation instead.

6. Intellectual property

The Epic Edge name, logo, page copy, photography, process descriptions, and site design are the property of Epic Edge Gulf Coast Construction Management, LLC. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, or use our marks to imply a partnership that does not exist.

7. Third-party systems and links

Form submissions are transmitted to third-party business systems described in our Privacy Policy. Those providers operate under their own terms and security practices. Links to agency or partner sites are provided for reference and are not endorsements.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

9. Governing law
