Epic Edge Gulf Coast Construction Management, LLC collects information through four forms on this site. This policy explains exactly what each one collects, which systems that information reaches, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Effective date: TODO — pending legal review

1. Information we collect

We only collect what you type into a form. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not require an account to use this site.

  • Bid requests: client type, capability lanes, project name, location, delivery method, value band, start window, scope description, solicitation or property details, and your name, email, phone, and organization.
  • Bench applications: discipline, years of experience, federal experience and agencies, certifications, geographic base, travel willingness, veteran status and branch, security clearance level, tool and equipment familiarity, availability, engagement and compensation preferences, an optional short narrative, your name, email, phone, and an optional résumé file.
  • Newsletter: your email address and the page you subscribed from.
  • Contact messages: your name, email, optional phone and organization, the routing path you selected, and your message.
  • Automatically captured with form submissions: referring URL and UTM campaign parameters, so we know which channel produced the inquiry.

2. Where your submission goes

Every submission is written to our managed database first. Bid requests and bench applications are then synchronized to two third-party business systems so the work can actually be staffed and scheduled:

  • GoHighLevel — our customer relationship platform. Receives contact details, inquiry type, capability lanes, and pipeline stage so a human is assigned to respond.
  • Contractor Foreman — our construction management platform. Receives project-level detail from bid requests so an opportunity record exists before award.
  • Internal email notification to the responsible team member for high-priority pursuits.

3. How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

  • To respond to your inquiry, price scope, or evaluate a bench application.
  • To meet federal, state, and municipal contracting documentation requirements.
  • To send The Edge Brief, if you subscribed. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand which marketing channels produce qualified inquiries, in aggregate.

4. Résumé files

Résumés uploaded through the bench prequalification form are stored in a private storage bucket. They are not publicly accessible and cannot be listed or downloaded without an authenticated staff account.

5. Retention

  • Bid requests: retained for the life of the pursuit plus seven years, consistent with federal contract record-keeping expectations.
  • Bench applications: retained for twenty-four months from submission, then archived or deleted unless you are engaged on a project.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Contact messages: retained for twenty-four months.

6. Your choices and how to request deletion

You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send the request through the contact form on this site, selecting 'General question,' and use the same email address you submitted with so we can verify the request. We respond within thirty days.

We may retain records we are contractually or legally required to keep — for example, documentation tied to an awarded federal contract — and we will tell you when that applies.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses browser session storage to keep your place in the bid and prequalification forms so an accidental refresh does not erase your answers. That data stays in your browser and is cleared when you submit successfully or close the tab.

8. Security

Data is stored in a managed database with row-level access controls. Public form submissions can be written but never read back by anonymous visitors. Access to submitted records is limited to authenticated staff accounts.

9. Children

This site is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

10. Changes to this policy

When we change how information is collected or routed, we update this page and revise the effective date above.
